Midwest Ports, the operator of the Port of Geraldton has a really comprehensive website, including this web page for ship arrivals and departures :
    https://www.midwestports.com.au/operations/shipping-arrivals.aspx
A range of cargos pass through this busy little port, including grain, metal concentrates, mineral sands, fertilisers [inbound] and iron ore. The port is depth constrained to about 12 metres, so Panamax ships usually go out about 3/4 loaded, i.e. about 60,000 tonnes of cargo on board.
MGX should be resuming iron ore shipments from Geraldton this month. Unlike Koolan though, where there is only one possible producer when a ship arrives, from Geraldton there are a number of iron ore shippers. The problem is, which ship coming into port is loading MGX's cargo? I can't tell. Can anyone solve this conundrum?
In fact, it is also a possibility that some holds in a ship could be filled with iron ore from MGX and some with another's cargo.
