I wouldn't expect the company to come out with a reply to the article, as they really didn't regarding the article about the leaked barrister memo on Wednesday which crushed the sp, adding further speculation about VA.

Obviously STalk are close to the action and know that an agreement is close to being finalised but the structure we probably wont know for another 2 weeks (and I wouldn't take their numbers as gospel).

Bottom line SGH survives, new management and a valuation forthcoming on the business. With all that being said, the trend has turned as of yesterday and I would expect it to continue up today given that SGH will not be going into VA (just my 2 cents and not a ramp, just to clearly point out to someone).
