Elena moved up to the loader today. Can't say what the problem was, from where I sit. Could possibly be related to mine production. Could just as easily be a problem with the ship, or with payment, the majority of which is due before loading begins.
BTW, if anyone else has noticed HMAS Maryborough in the Yampi Sound area over the last couple of days, the picture of the ship on Marinetraffic.com is not her. The photo is of the destroyer HMAS Brisbane [41].
Maryborough is a patrol boat based in Darwin. Number is 95. The ADF maintains a tropical warfare training area not far from the mine. Could be there doing something associated with that. Its presence almost certainly has nothing to do with the mine.
