My recollection is that the seawall incident was settled somes years ago for something in the order of $86 million. And from memory it went to court because the insurance company disputed a larger figure on the initial claim . . . and $86 million was the final figure settled upon . . . which was a record insurance settlement in Australia. The final figure of $86 million included loss / interuption to production.

I would imagine that the current claim for the fire in the screening plant will also include an amount for loss of production . . . so another hefty cheque on the way.
