There is quite a lot more than just a Market Cap calculation for MGX to return to the ASX300 Index. MC must be adjusted downwards to Free Float, basically by removing all the shares that the S&P deem are 'locked in' and not available for trading. Then the Free Float value is calculated by averaging over six months, to screen out 'one hit wonders'. Then, to be eligible for [re]entry, the company has to be big enough to be round about 274th in the Index, by Free Float.
