if you are domiciled off shore and you are only subject to the withholding tax regime then in theory the unfranked dividend is better then the company paying tax and then not get any fr credit (approx 20% better)
I for one only like unfranked divi's when and only when management have run out of earnings accreditive options and even no with higher interest rates I'm ok with them sitting on cash
