The above amount of $8.767mil was a payment incurred by them in payment of deficit franking tax - in other words they paid out too much in franking credits with the last dividend resulting in a negative franking account balance - they are allowed to offset this payment against future income tax that becomes payable(probably in FY25) - the $365mil tax losses are all revenue losses that are available against future revenue taxable profits.
