Re the dividend debate, the Board is at a fork in the road now. With the cashflow now being generated, they either make a call on paying out some dividends and if not they need to make an unequivocal statement on why not (retaining for possible acquisitions, or the like).
They have spent everything they set out to at Koolan with upgrade to crushing circuit, refresh of mining fleet, new airport, upgrades to pit walls, etc. So, no need for massive capital retention for core operations.
Drilling of satellite pits or other areas is business as usual stuff and does not need a cash horde as can be easily funded out of recurrent cashflows.
So it comes down to some sort of M&A activity or starting to provide returns to shareholders. I expect they will do the later as a means to push the share price along.
