Docked for 9 days . . . then move to anchorage to dock again . . . why not stay docked ?
Perhaps a seaman such as Idlewander could shed some light on this maritime manourver.
Maybe swapping places in the queue ?

1. Donahoe Star
2. The dock / loader
3. Insufficient ore to load (the upgrade to crush harder and bigger rocks was scheduled to be functioning in April) . . . has the crusher stopped working . . . if so it would be worthy of an announcement.
4. anomolies with marinetraffic.com.
