Maybe we only pay for the ships once they are loaded . . . and continue to pay $25000 a day while they languish in Chinese ports.
So possibly letting the ships weigh anchor at Koolan without loading is saving us $25,000 a day in languishing fees.
No languishing for me . . . its back to the cement rendering in 35 degree heat today.
