Yes, I did read the article through completely.
In the case of the article that you linked to . . . the brakes on the truck have not been maintained.
It was the truck company who was prosecuted and not the party loading the truck . . . even though the article says the loader should be responsible . . . which makes this article contradictary.
Obviously the content of the article you linked to, does not hold water in court. If a court where to have believed this piece of journalistic creative writing then it would have held the loader responsible.
