hi the production cost per ton is dynamic and in essence just a ratio. More tonnage produced, the average price will drop.
The estimated production cost for this quarter from last report is 35M. I m looking at 35M/ 40kt = roughly $875 per ton in this quarter. And will see whether the management can roughly keep it around that range.
The production cost should drop quarter by quarter, if 2-3 quaters later the production cost is still around 35M, then this is not a very profitable business at current lithium prices.
A40 mine lithium ore is quite deep and needs more prestripping.
