You are right.
Using word "finalising agreement" does build expectation of imminent news and lack of the update creates disappointment and confusion.

I would say that in the next 2/3 weeks we will know more in upcoming quarterly and hope they will say more than "finalising".

Each of us were hoping of new agreement by the end of March but in very now common style of other miners, shareholders are told that he company is expecting and how often what they say does not come on time.
