You are fighting a loosing battle as AGY is a cult and responders can only quote back from previous announcements which are tainted with clever spin. AGY have a resource and a clever chemist but they only have a pilot plant and the process is not easily scaled up. If lithium carbonate had a shelf life most of the truckload would be out of date due the 3 years it's taken to produce it!
