rainbowdaisy arrived at the AVZ forums a while back with a similarly skeptical tone asking similarly probing questions. Not here to defend the bloke, just stating that the posting style is questioning. Hell, it's good to have your opinions challenged time to time as it makes you take a step back and check the facts.

To address your concerns, I would prefer to see the Certificate of Analysis (CoA) myself, though it was included in the shipping package. Given that they're in the process of setting up their next stage of production not delivering the customer's spec product would trash the stock and their reputation. Given the work that's gone into getting AGY to where it is, that would be a massive oversight.
I'd need to check the announcements relating to the last delivery, however AGY did in house testing before shipping with the customer confirming quality on receipt. I'm anticipating an announcement in a few weeks once the delivery is complete announcing that the customer has verified the % of the product and have arranged another (hopefully larger!) order.

Source: Someone who's held AGY and AVZ for the last 3 years and firmly believes there's plenty of room for both companies in the market.
