I disagree, I think your title is very misleading.
A question would be: Why doesn't the announcement state "battery grade"? Or "Is the shipment battery grade?" Clearly the title has emphasised the word "NOT" next to battery grade and appears as a statement rather than a question.
If you've been following along the AGY story, you'll know that producing battery grade has been one of the key achievements and differentiations from all the other brine lithium players out there for a long time.
