Farmer Oscar awesome work, I am very grateful for your continued investigations you are like a dog with a bone. Do you happen to know if there is any legal obligation for Heathgate to provide local government with specifics relating to the amount of uranium being mined?

This scenario compounds the mistrust we all have of the management over recent times, both with AGS and Heathgate.

Personally I think small shareholders need to be prepared to engage legal advice very quickly if a perceived poor offer is put on the table. They will be able to justify anything with whatever they can think off to pursue what they believe is in their best interests and I think we need to be prepared to question everything.

IMO if you want to provide very little information and operate with so much confidentiality you had better be prepared to pay for that lack of transparancy and put a decent offer on the table. Otherwise we might as well keep it.
