IMHO, there is a difference here.
It is not us that changed the contract terms of shipping. The Chinese are the ones that change by wanting the ore FOB at the port and for them to pay their own shipping costs instead, because they can get it cheaper.
So, IMHO, we are not shipping anything, we are only delivering the ores to the point of shipping, and from then on, the Chinese will pick up the tab.
Hence the difference.
As such, I would have thought that a force Majeur issue would apply.
But, if I am wrong in interpreting the whole issue, I will stand correcting, in a civilized manner though.
