'fight fire with fire', - oh how i chuckle at people on this site. ok, so now twiggy's going to take on the shipping companies and challenge legailty of his shipping contracts.
the twig will bend in the breeze with this, and pay them what he's told. why ? because if he doesn't honour his shipping contracts and pay them out he will not ship much ore out of port hedland when / if prices improve. if there's one group he can't upset its the shipping, otherwise he will not get ships.
how much is he up for ? time will tell, but it will be sh*tloads.
