You are right. But FMG is the only legal counterparty to the shipping contracts, not the buyer. They are 2 seperate contracts. One is a sales contract the other is a shipping contract. Therefore FMG is fully responsible for the shipping. If the buyer defaults FMG will still be left with the shipping. FMG wld then sue the buyer and the try and get out of the shipping contracts...becomes very messy.
