Most of these disputes are settled out of court via the mediation process and FMG lawyers would have a very good idea what compensation FMG is likely to pay.
That said, FMG is likely to save many millions since the payout is likely to be far less than the contractual liability.
Trust me, the sums would have already been done and win or lose the lap, FMG will win the race.
