Very disappointed with the repeat delays in production, however 68% is a good achievement.
The last quarterly said that 68% would be achieved which they have and that steady state production and cash flow positive would be in Sept Quarter which has been pushed out to December. It has been a costly delay but to compare it to citic/sino is absurd.
I think they will become steady state sooner as they do need the income and they will now be getting more of the premium sales. I think RRD was on the money, he just had a round about way of expressing himself which may have been deliberate. As hard as it is for me and others more patience is now required the jigsaw is nearly finished.
    On a more brighter note:
One ship left today and another 8 ships lined up at Gero that's got to be a good sign.
There is more opportunities to buy for those that have the money and guts. I have run out of funds myself.
    Once again Keep the Faith
    As always DYOR
