What is even more of a problem is that costs are blowing out in WA. RIO has just announced a $300 million cost blowout due to inflation of wages, materials etc. You can read all about it in the AFR. Also worth noting that prices received as a percentage to the benchmark average have gone down by 2.5%.
How will this all affect MGX? I guess we'll see in the quarterly report.
