on a related topic...if u owned a ship thru a bank loan and yields are about 10% on a full schedule for commodity transfers, what would happen to a ship owner who paid 60mil for a ship 5 years ago in the boom?????? any experience of this. it'd be hard to sell a ship now?
also is the bdi about shipping only? does it include asian bookings. thanks
