Not sure who pays for delays due to weather. What I do know is that Karara have to pay to bring a ship in to harbor to load and again to send it out when full. The last thing they want to do is bring a ship in and send it out due to weather only to bring it in a few days later.
I believe Seacorp are contracted to handle shipping, if the buyer sends the ship to port to early why should Karara pay.
On another note they loaded a ship of high grade fines today, 59000t. So that is good new for 2 things, money in the back and they can load in under 24 hours. New ship in today, lets see how that goes.
