    As I remember from last annual meeting, the directors get their performance bonus only if SP gets above $3.

    With most shares being controlled by the directors, won't be hard to get it to that level.

    Good management and performance and decent dividends.

    This is a no-brainer. Imo- atleast $3 very soon.
