on reflection, I still like your charts and agree that this is a critical time - they either regain the trend lines which is very bullish, or they fall away again. I guess the bit I question is your interpretation that they have failed at support. You might be talking about the trendline, in which case of course you are right. But all I see from todays action so far is consolidation at support, in xjo's case above 5850, which is pretty high level support. Tonight will be interesting. spx is possibly rolling over.
