i noticed that - but what has happened in vietnam is a bit of a lesson. i have a vietnamese student living with me at present and so get a daily update. they had one person who was carrying covid but asymptomatic. she took a holiday and it seems she is a super spreader - cases now potentially widespread and at least two deaths of elderly with comorbidities. Vietnam had done an extraordinary job - supported by a population who understand how to respond to potential disasters and how important safety is, in a possibly more compliant culture. I'm blown away by the figures that show around 1 in 4 testing positive are NOT at home when a follow up call is made.
lets hope today's figures are the first of good news
