How do you know that SHJ is not under investigation by ASIC? Answer: you don't. And even if they're not right now, that could change, today, Monday, whenever.
"SHJ has no known accounting irregularities" - that depends on your interpretation of irregularities. They've just had a massive change of heart about accounting for WIP - but you don't call their historical treatment an irregularity? Like I say, matter of opinion.
