According to a reliable source there has been a lot of accumulating going on around the recent lows and the recent spike came as no surprise.

On the down side another source who is into Gann charting tells me this is headed lower (mid $2), before we begin our next leg up. On the positive side He says this whole run from 20c to $6 and back is just the first wave. He sees it considerably higher (5x) from here.
