As for the financiers, the management team has to present all info in regards to the project to their holders.
The Caldag nickel bioheap leach project in Turkey -BHP interest of 9% obtained full financing on 3 mtre coloum testing. Sherlock management is fully aware of all of this and most likely would be obtaining financing from overseas.
