re: are you referring to the graph what im trying to 'converse' is that they shouldnt have used the word 'IF' when its a certainty that financiers will require it.

Though the major point of the post was what a bum deal Converitible note holders are getting. If i was a conv note holder i'd pretty much tell the company to get stuffed, and as the slide states, to 'ensure the retention of the new management team' the conv note holders will need to accept SHN's proposal. If conv note holders therefore DO tell SHN to get stuffed, how long will mgt stick around...not that currrent mgt is really worth retaining anyway.

Only thing saving SHN now is that theres nowhere left to go DOWN...its pretty much hit rock bottom.

How long will it stay rock bottom? Feel free to stick around and find out...though my suggestion is to save what you can and buy some quality.

Mind you, given mgt credibility, it is not unlikely that they will come out with a bogus announcement that will make the SP jump (much like last time with the fudged numbers though admittedly different mgt then).
