they've rejigged the prospectus, and now asic are happy - it had to do with the wording in it... the notes issue is still open, but strong interest has been shown, will definately close oversubscribed. The company is awaiting some final "OK's", but will begin base works within the next month or two - they will have access to the cash...
i reckon there'll be a fair bit of movement on monday - estimating +10% increase... there has been some profit taking happening in the last week or so, now for the next wave of increases.
definately one to watch in the next month or so...
