No not at all - I hope that's not the case. Just trying to piece together whether they are genuinely in the running. I don't think Soilco would be handed the project. I believe it's between Anaeco and GR. GR seems too big and expensive but their compost system fits what's been outlined in the proposal. Everything else seems to point to ANQ.
Just clutching at straws - it's difficult to know what's really going on...
