The plant was built with the intention to prove the suite of technologies on a semi-continuous basis, not to run as a commercial entity. That the plant can be used as a commercial entity is an added bonus.
If it can be modified for just $2M further capital to support earnings of $7-10M pa, brilliant..... let's go ... sign on the dotted line and get the capital. 3 month payback on the incremental capital required is terrrific.
