Yeah he's won, even though he thinks he shoulda won by more, and is wasting money on this windmill tilt, the thing is, is the world safer,is it gunna be safer as a consequence of his winning?.
He may or may not be gaming everyone, but that doesn't mean everyone else will ,respond in kind .
