    I actually agree with half your post-tradie rates are absolutley rediculous.

    The rest is garbage though-there is little correlation between whaty a new house in the burbs costs to build compared to the cap gains on a house in a desired location like the inner circle of a CBD...

    Supply nad demand-cbd is limited supply and everyone wants to live there..
