Don't forget convicted dodgy director KEITH BOWKER who has recently (leniently) been banned for 6months from carrying out work for ASX companies. He has WRECKED shareholder wealth everywhere he's been, he was responsible CAD being suspended for 6months, he gives out shares and options like candy, and his punishment certainly does not fit his behaviour. AVOID. and if ASIC are reading... Do your jobs!!
