I think a lot of voter apathy led to the last result. It has been an expensive education however next time people have the opportunity the silent masses will bludgeon anything in the road of a coalition majority in both houses.

I'm happy to believe that they (Libs) will not overreach on IR reform a second time and when they get back in, it will coincide with a resurgent property market and growing CGT receipts.

Unlucky for Labor L-platers to be carrying the batton going into a GFC and faltering property market. Oh well that's how it happened.
