i accept that, but at some point isnt 4.4% yield unattractive. inflation is about 2%. term deposit rate is about 3%.
i wouldn't call other reit's as 'generous' , they are 4-5%ish unfranked average now, thats pathetic.
poor risk reward imo at $2.00
