Plus he needed to get 5x ahead before other competitors will be in the space to do this idea. Which make things bad in a short term plus worst part is the dilution x2 CR in less than a year (yikes). Weigh this like a seesaw the “shocker” vs the achievements (+unexpected news). 4DX will be a cash flow positive soon which will be a good start. This situation is good for traders at this stage, just hoping the company would do share buy backs as this number of shares are ridiculous and plus hoping for no more CR after this.
