ELC, I think a lot of people agrees with what you say but they can not agree with you publicly because they still hold QBE shares and don't want to see the price drop further, perhaps they want to wait for the share going up before they exit, this is all understandable.
QBE's way of acquisition remind me of ABC learning's way of acquisition in American, if the acquisition is purely driven by market expectation, sooner or later you will get into trouble.
Always remember, doesn't matter how smart we are, we are only one step away being stupid. I certainly learn my lesson with QBE.
