It is a bit shock to be honest but after a cup of coffee, the following to be taken into consideration
1) The placement 4 months' ago was at heavily undervalued price , does makes sense that they are not drawn out the full placement on global expansion
2) These note investors might have some big names (eg. Tencent?)
3) Pump and dump with this strange placement may be following by the US listing in the coming days... would have to trust LD PG and Zip
