Good grief! Such a calamity - What a lot of gnashing of teeth and handwringing. Nothing wrong with saying the stock is a dog - if you have something to base it on....... where's your reasoning Dr B?
Oh, I missed it - there is none. Here's some of mine....
The sp is clearly undervalued. When the market as a whole catches on is up to it. Two pertinent facts -
- the company will not fold - the company will sell some assets to pay off debt
These two facts lead to the ineviatble conclusion that cnp will pay a dividend again. Who knows how much - but at current sp it would have to be less than 10% what it distributed last year to justify the current sp. I don't think so.....
Now I know why they call themselves the "balls of steel" club"..... Are yours made of jelly?
