I will watch how I deliver this one this time. I predicted this morning it will go to 45 cents and that is hat it did. Check my previous post. We all should have known that there are a number of class actions that were going to happen as this has been discussed for the last month or more. My prediction for Monday is 35 cents --- or less. Think about the price it was at the June 2007 Annual report $5 ++ shareholders who bought based on the aledged misleading annual report that did not report short therm and long term debt corretly lost at least $4 +. The day it crashed 120M shared traded which menas a potential loss of $480M. This does not include those who are still holding or sold after, could be a $1B + interest and legal cost.
I am certainly staying away.
