IG is no better. I called them up yesterday asking a couple of questions and instead of just answering them, the guy insisted putting me through to Sales saying "so we can grab your details so you can open up an account with us". He was really rude so I asked what his name was. His name is Leighton!!! If he picks up the phone when you call, ask to speak to someone else!!
Finally I said alright, transfer me through. And there was no sound coming through the phone for like 2 mins! No idea what the dude was doing! So I hunged up!
I wouldn't open up an account with them now would I!
