Basically ,they wouldnt let me sell into the opening auction (via the phone ) ,after a big down day overseas .
They also wouldnt put a G stop loss on for me until 20 min after the open because they were busy !!!
I had running battles with CMC ,and will never use them again .
I also use IG ,and have for many years .
I have found them absolutely first rate ,so I am a bit bemused by your problems fluffie .
I would urge you to call them again ,and can only think that it was a one off problem ,and must say , my continued excellent experience with IG has been light years ahead of my experiences with Westpac ,Comsec ,CMC ,and Macquarie Prime is just acceptable as a second account due to their margin changing antics .
