It's never that binary with stocks. Personally I've lost confidence in the short-term prospects so have sold out but ultimately I think the product will outlast poor management and eventually we'll have revenues to deal with the management problem. I fully intend to buy back in when some of these leads have proven themselves or perhaps after a CR if that ever happens. Some may think that's stupid and I should just hold long term... some may not.

Failing all that we'll take a dive and someone will buy us out, either way the only real threat I see long term is that others replicate what we're doing. There is a VERY small barrier to entry here without any major deals signed.
