My family on mothers side comes from Kempsey NSW, huge problems there with indigenous youths, break and enters in some places so bad no business will open, home invasions, assaults, burglary , car theft and hooning in cars risking lives, under age kids committing these crimes get a slap on the wrist and let out to reoffend time and time again, when they finally get sent to detention it must be for a massive number of crimes , lives can be made hell by these young people, so now we are too tough on them , so what do we do??.
