The first casualty of this has to be the Minister for Indigenous Affairs Nigel Scullion. He admits to having been made aware of abuse allegations in October 2015, but said the matter didn't "pique his interest" and assumed the Northern Territory would address it. He was informed of the 4 Corners program yesterday, but didn't start watching it until the PM called him while it was on because he was having dinner. Clearly a Minister with a keen interest in his ministerial responsibilities.
